‚                   We test our applicants on the latest software programs and language arts.  We try to anticipate our client needs by delivering candidates who meet and often exceed our clients’ long term staffing goals.  Over the years our team of career consultants have developed into listening experts who can distinguish an unqualified candidate from an excellent candidate. In addition to our software and language arts testing, our team conducts extensive and multiple in-house interviews with our candidates before ever sending them on an interview.  We listen to what our clients’ needs are, and act accordingly.  Unlike many placement agencies, we are not just a resume faxing service.

‚                   Avanti Staffing, Inc. provides Permanent Placement services for a fee based on the applicants first year gross annual salary.  Avanti guarantees our permanent placements and can tailor the guarantee to meet each client's needs.   Our Temporary staffing rates are based on the years of experience and skill level of the Avanti temporary employee that is assigned to our clients.  We quote a range for each work project.  This allows Avanti to assign the best person that is available for any given temporary work assignment.
